Consent for 51-storey Birmingham tower quashed due to council’s ‘failure to include objection in committee report’

Permission for a 51-storey 667-home scheme in central Birmingham, including what would be the city’s second tallest building, has been quashed after the council failed to include an objection from a conservation campaign group in a report to its planning committee.
