Court rejects developer’s challenge to protection of green space in an area short of housebuilding sites

The High Court has rejected a developer’s claim that a neighbourhood plan’s designation of a protected Local Green Space (LGS) should not be allowed to stand in light of the local council’s lack of adequate sites to meet the need for new housing.
