Judge upholds mixed-use library scheme consent despite errors in officer’s report

The High Court has upheld planning permission for a mixed-use library and residential scheme in north west London despite an “unfortunate inaccuracy” in an officer’s report on whether the proposal conflicted with local policies on amenity space provision.
