Lawyer warns over ‘legal pitfalls’ in consultation timetable for OxCam spatial framework

The government will need to address “huge challenges” in order to meet its promise of carrying out three consultations within 18 months for the new Oxford-Cambridge Arc spatial framework if it wants to avoid legal threats, according to a leading planning lawyer.
